- Flexible, convenient class scheduling with morning, afternoon and evening classes available.
- Climate controlled facility
- An imported Hardwood training floor installed over a dual layer
of foam, providing a unique suspension system. The floor
provides 'low impact' training and reduces muscle fatigue.
- Ample parking is available in the front, and to the rear, of the
building.
- Conveniently located on Rte. 111 (Exit 3 off I-93)
- Located at the Village Green Shops, across from the Windham Town Post Office, parents and
students alike will enjoy the opportunity to take advantage of nearby businesses, combining trips to
attend class, with visits to the local coffee shop, Deli, Pizza shop and more!
